2026 Manifesto

Islington Labour are delighted to present our 2026 manifesto dedicated to making Islington a fairer, more equal borough for all.

We have dedicated our time so far to working for all residents and we have so much to be proud of. From  the best council house buy-back scheme in the country, to one of the most generous council tax support schemes, the number one borough in the country for environmental protection, and even becoming a borough of sanctuary – everything we do is to ensure the best for our residents.

We are so proud of the great strides we have made as a borough but we know that we can’t stop there. We are dedicated to ensuring that our borough is the best that it can be and that residents have access to the best of our services.

Our manifesto “standing up for Islington” sets out a vision for a more equal borough.
