The Holloway Councillors are writing to provide you with an update about your area and the work they have been doing:

• Working with Transport for London (TfL) on a new cycle route to enable people to cycle between Finsbury Park and Holloway Road in segregated lanes. These are part of the Mayor of London’s mission to tackle climate change by encouraging more people to cycle.
• Work has begun on building 91 new homes on the York Way Estate, which is provide much needed accommodation for local residents and is part of Islington Labour’s commitment to building 750 new council homes between 2022-2026.
• We are looking forward to the redevelopment of open space at Shearling Way, including the redevelopment of a community space that benefits all.
